We enjoyed our stay here with our three grandkids. The hotel is conveniently located near Fairhope and had plenty of space for everyone. We also appreciated the availability of cable programming to keep the kids entertained in the evenings.
My wife says that the cleanliness needs serious improvement.

Lost my DVD player!
The surrounding area had family-friendly activities, and it made our trip enjoyable despite the hotel. The kids loved the beach and we had a great time at local eateries.
However, returning to a room that had a broken Do Not Disturb sign really shook my confidence in the staff. To find my belongings missing was truly disappointing.

The location offered easy access to key attractions, making it convenient for our activities. The money-saving feature of no security hold on the card and cash payment options was also a bonus. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and experienced a significant breach of trust when my valuables went missing after housekeeping. This experience left us feeling unsafe and uneasy during our stay.

A Surprisingly Enjoyable Stay!
We had a pleasant one-night stay. The staff, though sometimes impersonal, handled our needs efficiently. The cozy king room was clean, though basic toiletries weren’t provided. For a quick meal, a nearby dining option had delicious local dishes that added charm to our stay. Consider bringing your essentials.

missingWrote a review on Mar 29convenient locationeasy accessgood parkingunpleasant stafflack of toiletries
The stay was convenient given the location, as it was easy to reach nearby attractions. However, the room left much to be desired with few toiletries provided, which meant I had to run out for shampoo and toothpaste. The bed was uncomfortably firm, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. On a positive note, the access to the room was quite straightforward, allowing for quick entries and exits during our busy schedule.
